These amps just don't come to market very often, especially in this condition. A recent recap and service by Boston-area amp tech Stan Day has it running just as it should and sounding supreme! It includes the original footswitch and hardwired speaker cable to connect to your favorite cabinet. Sonically, it's got a tremendous amount of range from the infamous chimey clean tone, superb sounding tremolo, to punchy and bright tube overdrive when cranked. The circuit remains original an unmodified, along with the original Parmeko transformers. It's really in great condition and as well-kept as you'll see one of these. All lettering is clear and distinct with very minimal fading if at all. ![]() This particular Normal-circuit AC30 features the lovely copper panel that is very clean with little wear. ![]() A first here for us at The Music Emporium, this 1964 Vox AC30/6 "Super Twin" head is an excellent and rare example of the fabled 1960s 30-watt tube amplifier. ![]()
